Nonprofit Advocacy
Faultline is a Texas nonprofit corporation organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and civic purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization promotes lawful housing practices by providing procedural‑compliance education, forensic auditing research, and public‑interest analysis related to eviction filings. Faultline develops and disseminates resources that help tenants, courts, and community stakeholders understand statutory requirements under the Texas Property Code, SB 38, and applicable Rules of Civil Procedure. The corporation conducts training, publishes non‑partisan compliance guidance, and creates transparency tools that support accuracy, accountability, and lawful process in residential‑housing matters. All activities are performed solely for exempt purposes and do not include legal representation.
Our Mission
"Integrity is not a policy. It is a practice — and we intend to hold every institution to it."
Faultline was founded on a simple belief: that the public deserves institutions that operate with complete transparency and accountability. We advocate for systemic reforms, document failures of administrative integrity, and give communities the tools to demand better. Our work is nonpartisan, evidence-based, and relentless.

We research, document, and publicly report on failures of administrative integrity across government and institutional bodies. Our findings inform policy reform and public discourse.
Through workshops, publications, and community events, we equip citizens with the knowledge to recognize and respond to administrative misconduct and systemic failures.
We work directly with legislators, legal experts, and civic organizations to draft and advance reforms that embed accountability into the structures of public administration.
Faultline runs on the support of people who believe accountability matters. Your contribution funds advocacy, research, and the fight for administrative integrity.
Faultline is a registered nonprofit corporation. All contributions support our advocacy mission.
